Home Testing Kits Now Available
Thank you to everyone who supported this year’s PSA Testing Event.
Yet again, we had record numbers taking, with almost 1000 men and women attending on the evening and more than 1300 tests carried out.
The results speak for themselves. A third of men who took a PSA Test had a raised result that could require further investigation, with many being unaware of their increased risk.
Even though we have completed our current Testing Events, but you can still book a Home Testing Kit.
The Bridgnorth Lions Club works in partnership with local healthcare providers to provide the testing services, and the event is usually staffed by volunteer healthcare professionals.
The Testing events have become an important part of community outreach efforts and helped to raise awareness about the importance of early detection.
